We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Intern) to support our sales team in generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and promoting our software solutions (ERP, CRM, AI-based automation).
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients (SMEs, traders, agencies)
- Collect data from online sources (Google, LinkedIn, directories)
- Maintain and update lead database
2. Client Outreach
- Make outbound calls to prospects
- Send WhatsApp / Email communication
- Introduce company products and services
3. Demo Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule product demos
- Share meeting links and reminders
- Assist seniors during demo sessions
4. Follow-up Activities
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads
- Track lead status (Interested / Not Interested / Demo Done)
- Ensure timely communication
5. CRM Management
- Update daily activities in CRM system
- Track leads, calls, demos, and responses
6. Market Research
- Identify new business opportunities
- Analyze competitor offerings
- Share insights with the team
7. Team Support
- Assist sales team in preparing basic proposals
- Share product details with prospects
Daily Performance Targets (KPI)
- Leads generated: 40–50/day
- Calls made: 40/day
- Demos scheduled: 3–5/day
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude Eligibility
