Job Title: Retail Floater
Location: Mumbai
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused *Retail Floater* to support operations across multiple Aretto stores in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel between stores based on business requirements to ensure seamless store operations and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day operations across assigned retail stores.
* Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience and achieve sales targets.
* Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
* Ensure merchandise display, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
* Maintain stock accuracy and support inventory activities.
* Coordinate with Store Managers to ensure smooth store functioning.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
* Be available to work across different store locations in Mumbai as per business needs.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
* Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Comfortable travelling across Mumbai stores.
* Flexible to work weekends and rotational shifts.
