Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and network operations. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT functioning, provide technical support to employees, maintain system security, and assist in implementing IT policies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and networking systems.
- Monitor and maintain servers, systems, LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, email, VPN, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access rights.
- Ensure regular data backup, system updates, and antivirus/security management.
- Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, repairs, and IT services.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.
- Support installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems if required.
- Implement and follow IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and compliance standards.
- Assist employees with IT onboarding and system setup.
- Prepare periodic IT reports and system status updates.
JD- IT System Executive/ Sr. Executive
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and backup procedures.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Candidates should be from Post production VFX Industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
