Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Australian residential customers
- Pitch solar rooftop systems and explain benefits & savings
- Qualify customers and close deals over the phone
- Handle objections confidently with Amazing Aussie Customers
- Update CRM with call outcomes and sales status
- Meet daily call targets and monthly sales targets
Required Experience & Skills
- 1+ year experience in Australian solar sales (essential)
- Strong understanding of: (essential)
o Australian residential solar process
o STCs & basic rebate structure
- Excellent spoken English communication
- Experience with cold calling / outbound sales
- Familiar with CRM tools (OpenSolar, Zoho, Salesforce - preferred)
- Comfortable working 4 AM – 1 PM IST

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000
- Commission: upto ₹2,50,000
