Key requirements include technical expertise in diesel engines and 3–5 years of experience.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily activities including engine diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure timely completion (Turnaround Time - TAT).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule service technicians and support staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, explain technical issues, and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Quality & Safety Control: Implement SOPs to ensure high-quality repairs and strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Financial & Inventory Management: Manage budget, monitor service metrics, control costs, and oversee inventory of parts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
