We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Science Mentor to guide learners, deliver engaging training sessions, and help students build industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, and Analytics
- Mentor and support learners through projects, assignments, and case studies
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized guidance
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and update training materials in line with industry trends
- Foster an engaging and outcome-driven learning environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching Data Science
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning, and Data Visualization
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Power BI/Tableau, and Jupyter Notebook
- Excellent presentation, communication, and learner engagement skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Malayalam is mandatory
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the EdTech, Training, or Higher Education sector
- Industry project experience in Data Science or Analytics
- Experience mentoring learners preparing for careers in Data Science
