Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve desired results.
- Set up conversion tracking, audience targeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads or Meta certifications.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Basic reporting and performance analysis skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
