Job Summary
A Physiotherapist assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical difficulties caused by injury, illness, disability, or aging. They develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent further physical complications through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical conditions, movement, strength, and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Use techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and stretching.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
