Position: Site Engineer (Civil) Location: Thane, Mumbai
Job Description
IVORY INFRA PROJECTS PVT. LTD. is looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of work, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor RCC, Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing activities.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain work progress records.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify work quantities and support billing activities.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor site inventory.
- Ensure project activities are completed within the planned schedule.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Mivan shuttering and RCC works is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
