Industry - Skincare & Wellness D2C Brand
The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C wellness and skincare brand. We are looking
for a creative and energetic Social Media Creator who can produce engaging content,
grow our community, and keep our brand fresh and relevant on Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy aligned with brand voice.
- Brainstorm post ideas and create Reels, short-form videos, and static content.
- Assist with product photography and lifestyle shoot coordination.
- Plan and schedule content using Meta Business Suite and maintain monthly editorial
calendar.
- Monitor and respond to DMs and comments to build audience relationships.
- Track performance metrics — engagement rate, reach, follower growth — and share
weekly insights.
- Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral audio, and competitor content daily.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or management.
- Strong copywriting skills — captions that stop the scroll.
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and Instagram tools.
- Basic photography and short-form video skills (Reels, CapCut).
- Genuine interest in skincare, wellness, or beauty.
- Canva or basic design skills — good to have.
- Prior D2C brand experience — preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
