Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product distribution.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at outlets.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
- Support product launches and brand-building campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales and marketing reports.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Degree qualification preferred.
- Freshers can apply; FMCG sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
