Key Responsibilities
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Perform background and reference checks
- Negotiate salary and job offers with selected candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
