We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong full-stack expertise in .NET, Azure and React to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions while driving AI-native initiatives across the technology landscape.
Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions with an architectural mindset across backend, frontend and cloud layers

Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Estimate features and break them down into actionable technical artifacts
-
Lead a team through the development lifecycle, including coding and delivery of user stories
-
Build and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
-
Apply AI-native practices throughout the software development lifecycle
-
Implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools where applicable
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of technical solutions
Requirements
-
12 to 15 years of overall experience in IT
-
Proficiency in .NET, Azure and React as a full stack engineer

Strong backend experience, including SQL

Skills in designing architectural solutions

Capability to work with stakeholders, estimate features, create technical artifacts and lead a team

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions

Background in AI SDLC practices
Nice to have

Understanding of the Insurance value chain, particularly from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
-
Knowledge of specialty products, particularly in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors

Experience in Actuarial reserving

Familiarity with implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools
