Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of packing materials and CAPEX-related items for our nutraceutical manufacturing facility. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and prior exposure to CAPEX procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure packing materials such as bottles, caps, labels, cartons, pouches, and other related materials.
- Handle CAPEX procurement, including machinery, equipment, spare parts, and infrastructure-related purchases.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors for packing materials and CAPEX requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and store departments for material planning.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, and purchase reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials required for nutraceutical manufacturing. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, vendor management, and ensuring the timely availability of quality raw materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure raw materials required for the production of nutraceutical products.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for raw materials.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to avoid production delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
