Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial retail, or other specialized projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, including site measurement layouts, 2D and 3D renderings, and presentation boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
Create actual site measurement layouts to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Produce technical drawings and documentation, including lighting plans, electrical layouts, and material
specifications.
Coordinate all aspects of the design process with clients, contractors, vendors, and artisans.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
Order materials and furnishings in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progression.
Ensure design solutions comply with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
Stay up to date with current design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
Present design concepts to clients, translating technical information into easy-to-understand proposals. Adapt and resolve design challenges creatively while maintaining client satisfaction. Handle multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism and effective time management. Support the marketing and business development efforts by showcasing design portfolios and participating in client meetings.
