We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Sales Executives to join our US Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales. You will interact with customers in the United States, understand their business requirements, and recommend software solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers in the USA via phone.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in flexible US shift timings.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or Above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with International BPO, US Sales, Software Sales, or Customer Support experience will be given preference.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
