We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to independently manage and supervise production operations for our garment-trim products.
The primary products will include:
- Hangtags
- PU patches
- Heat transfers
- Screen-printed products
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in printing, garment accessories, textile trims or a similar manufacturing environment and should be capable of managing the production floor, manpower, quality and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily production according to order priorities and delivery timelines.
- Manage production of hangtags, PU patches, heat transfers and screen-printed products.
- Allocate work between machines, operators and production sections.
- Manage operators, helpers and other production staff.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor quality, rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Ensure proper utilisation of machines and manpower.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the design/pre-production team regarding production specifications.
- Coordinate with outside job-work vendors when required.
- Maintain daily production reports and track pending orders.
- Coordinate with finishing, packing and dispatch to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the production floor.
- Continuously identify ways to improve production efficiency and reduce wastage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
