About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting business operations, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely task completion.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize IT and business-related documentation.
- Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders for updates.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is updated, organized, and compliant with company standards. Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities related to projects.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in team coordination, IT documentation, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Skills & Competencies:
- Good documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
