Job Title: Computer Science Teacher
Location: Aspire Gate JEE / NEET Coaching Centre, Adyar, Chennai.
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to teach CBSE students (Grades 9–12). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify concepts and prepare students for board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science for CBSE Grades 9–12.
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans based on the CBSE syllabus.
- Teach programming concepts, Python, SQL, and computer fundamentals.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations with exam-oriented strategies.
- Clarify student doubts and provide individual academic support.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Create study materials, worksheets, and practice question papers.
- Use interactive teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
Eligibility
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory for coaching centre positions.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE Computer Science curriculum.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and computer fundamentals.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Experience in teaching CBSE students.
- Familiarity with board exam patterns and question paper preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for mentoring and motivating students.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience teaching CBSE Computer Science is an added advantage.
