Job Description:
We are hiring a Training & Development Executive for our Agra office. Candidate will handle end-to-end training for new hires and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Training Need Analysis and identify skill gaps
2. Design and develop training content, presentations, SOPs, and modules
3. Deliver classroom, virtual and On-Job training for onboarding, product and soft skills
4. Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback and reports
5. Maintain training MIS, attendance records and schedules
6. Update training material as per process changes
Required Skills:
- Graduate. MBA HR preferred
- 1-4 years experience in L&D/Training role
- Excellent Hindi + English communication
- MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word
- Experience with LMS or training tools is a plus
- Agra based candidates preferred
