Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Position: Executive

Reports To: Warehouse Incharge
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Job Purpose
To support the Warehouse Incharge in executing daily warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring accurate material handling, proper storage, inventory control, and adherence to company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Execute daily warehouse activities including inward, storage, and dispatch
- Ensure proper loading/unloading and safe material handling
- Follow FIFO and defined storage practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse
Inventory Management
- Conduct daily stock checks and assist in cycle counts
- Support monthly physical stock audits
- Ensure accurate tracking of inward and outward materials
- Assist in proper binning, tagging, and rack management
Material Handling & Quality Control
- Verify quantity during inward and dispatch
- Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or defects
- Ensure correct material identification to avoid wrong dispatch
- Report discrepancies immediately to Warehouse Incharge
Team Supervision
- Supervise loading/unloading staff and helpers
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely execution
- Monitor discipline and productivity of ground staff
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and warehouse SOPs
- Identify and report safety hazards
- Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions
Coordination
- Coordinate with Data Entry Operator for stock updates
- Work closely with Warehouse Incharge for daily planning
- Support coordination with SCM, Projects, and Service teams
Skills Required

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic
- Experience: 02 years in warehouse/logistics
- Preferred: Exposure to solar components or electrical materials
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
