The Opportunity:
The Accounts Receivable Associate Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the collection of outstanding payments within the healthcare revenue cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role focuses on maintaining positive client relationships while reducing aging accounts and supporting overall financial health. Process and post payments accurately to patient and insurance accounts. Reconciles accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Follows up on unpaid claims and communicate with payers to ensure timely resolution. Reviews patient and insurance accounts for errors and initiate corrections. Maintains detailed documentation for compliance and reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and payment issues. Ensures adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
