About the Role
We are looking for smart, confident, and energetic Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with clients and represent the company professionally. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English-speaking skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services effectively.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, tele-sales, inside sales, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in product sales, IT services, software solutions, digital marketing, consulting, or similar industries.
- Candidates who can work from the Delhi NCR office will be preferred.
- Hybrid or remote candidates may also be considered if they demonstrate exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and sales aptitude.
