About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented After Effects Animator with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and video editing. You will work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers to create engaging eLearning videos, explainer videos, and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Animate text, icons, illustrations, characters, and UI elements.
- Sync animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and background music.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro when required.
- Collaborate with designers and content developers to visualize storyboards.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Revise animations based on client and internal feedback.
- Organize project files and maintain consistency across projects.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects.
- Good knowledge of Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and transitions.
- Ability to create clean and engaging motion graphics.
- Basic understanding of video codecs and rendering settings.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in eLearning video production.
- Knowledge of Adobe Audition or other audio editing software.
- Familiarity with Lottie animations or Adobe Animate is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered creative tools.
