We are looking for responsible, energetic, customer-friendly candidates who can manage counter operations and provide excellent service to customers. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day counter operations - Welcome customers and assist them with their requirements - Take orders and ensure accurate billing - Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth operations - Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the counter - Handle cash/POS transactions responsibly - Monitor stock and inform the management when supplies are required - Resolve basic customer queries professionally - For the Counter In-Charge position: supervise counter staff and ensure smooth daily operations Candidate Requirements - Previous experience in a restaurant, food outlet, retail counter, or customer service role is preferred - Good communication and customer-handling skills - Honest, punctual, hardworking, and responsible - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work in Mumbai - Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred - Candidates from Kerala who are willing to relocate to Mumbai are especially encouraged to apply Food & Accommodation Food and accommodation will be provided for eligible employees, making this opportunity particularly suitable for candidates relocating from Kerala to Mumbai.
