We’re Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

Who We're Looking For:
Someone who communicates clearly, handles patients with professionalism, and takes ownership of their work.
What You'll Do:
- Guide patients through their consultation journey
- Act as a link between the doctor and the patient
- Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day clinic and clinical operations
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience
Requirements:
- Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Thane locals strongly preferred).
- Communication: Clear, confident, and respectful verbal communication.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace, data entry).
- Ownership: Takes full responsibility for patient satisfaction and clinic tasks.
- Availability: Comfortable working 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Compensation : ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Work Days: 6 days a week (Including Saturday and Sunday)
