Role Overview
As an Interior Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring flawless execution of interior projects based on finalized designs. You’ll serve as the bridge between our design team and on-ground execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
•
Oversee site activities and ensure timely project completion as per design specifications
•
Interpret technical drawings and communicate requirements to vendors and contractors
•
Motivate and guide execution teams to maintain high standards of workmanship
•
Liaise with clients to address queries and provide regular updates on progress
•
Manage multiple residential interior projects, including premium villas and custom homes
•
Identify and resolve site-level challenges through timely coordination with stakeholders
•
Prepare and submit progress reports, checklists, and documentation to management
•
Uphold Interiosplash’s design integrity and client-first principles during execution
•
Handle escalations professionally and maintain a positive site environment
Qualifications & Skills
•
2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution
•
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and interpreting detailed joinery drawings
•
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
•
Ability to manage 3–4 projects simultaneously with attention to detail
•
Energetic, self-driven, and adaptable team player
•
Familiarity with current trends and materials in interior design
•
Experience in client coordination from concept to handover
•
Skilled in team management, safety compliance, and site inspections
•
Capable of preparing budgets, reports, and presenting project plans
•
Willingness to travel across sites and manage documentation efficiently
Additional Responsibilities
•
Monitor interior execution processes and ensure quality control
•
Schedule regular site meetings with vendors, inspectors, and team members
•
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other professionals for seamless delivery
