About the Role
We are looking for a proactive detail-oriented professional to act as the primary bridge between our clients and internal creative/execution teams/vendors. You will handle end-to-end coordination for diverse marketing projects, ensuring seamless delivery, high client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients, understanding their brand guidelines, business objectives and marketing requirements.
- Partner closely with internal creative, strategy, production and digital teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs for the execution teams.
- Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts to pitch additional marketing services and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within a Marketing Advertising Agency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication or Business Administration.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals.

- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and media planning
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
