We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for onboarding real estate developers, managing client relationships, and handling leads generated through Meta Ads. The candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and strengthening our brand presence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
● Onboard real estate developers and build long-term partnerships
● Handle inbound leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
● Call potential buyers, qualify leads, and conduct timely follow-ups
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate sector
● Identify and target potential developers and clients to expand the business
● Provide strategic advice and customized solutions based on client requirements
● Manage client portfolios and ensure high-quality service delivery
● Resolve client queries and coordinate internally for quick issue resolution
● Track real estate market trends and provide insights to clients
● Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business pitches
● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
● Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate
● Proven experience in client handling, sales, or business development
