Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of all control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment at the plant.
Key Responsibilities: Instrumentation & Control Systems
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot field instruments (transmitters, sensors, flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.
- Ensure optimal functioning of control loops and automation systems.
- Assist in configuring and programming PLC and control panels.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of all instrumentation equipment.
- Diagnose faults in control systems and ensure quick rectification.
- Maintain documentation of calibration records, maintenance logs, and equipment health reports.
Plant Operations Support
- Work closely with the operations team to optimize plant performance.
- Provide technical support during startup, shutdown, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs during maintenance tasks.
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow safety and statutory standards related to instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Prepare maintenance reports and daily logs.
- Maintain spare inventory of instruments and ensure timely procurement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and field instruments.
- Experience in process industries such as power plants, boilers, refineries, chemicals, or manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation drawings.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Siemens/Allen Bradley/ABB PLC systems.
- Exposure to boiler instrumentation and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with calibration equipment.

Pay: ₹13,528.04 - ₹43,477.10 per month
