Job Description
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives for the Verizon Non-Voice Chat Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling dual-chat or triple-chat support and possess excellent written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat support channels.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously (dual/triple chat).
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dual Chat or Triple Chat support.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
