Job Role
We are hiring Management Trainees, Sales Executives, and Senior Executives for our Bengaluru team. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers in buying residential properties, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for seamless sales execution.
- Maintain customer records and sales updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details.
Eligibility
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Automobile Sales, Banking, Credit Cards, Insurance, or Direct Sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
- Ability to conduct field visits and property showings.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Mandatory Requirements
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
