Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support and grow our Apple B2B dealer business within the assigned territory.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and develop business with existing Apple Business/GT dealers by strengthening relationships, increasing secondary sales, identifying business opportunities within the existing dealer network, and ensuring consistent business growth.
This role is ideal for MBA (Marketing/Sales) fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in B2B channel sales and premium technology distribution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain strong business relationships with assigned Apple Business/GT dealers.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to review business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers within the assigned territory.
- Ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction through timely support and effective communication.
Business Development
- Drive business growth by maximizing sales from the existing dealer network.
- Identify opportunities to increase product billing and improve dealer productivity.
- Develop business plans with dealers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Support dealers in expanding Apple product sales within their respective markets.
Sales & Business Support
- Promote the complete Apple product portfolio, including:
- Mac
- iPad
- Apple Watch
- AirPods
- Apple Accessories
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
- Assist dealers in planning product availability based on market demand.
Business Performance Monitoring
- Monitor dealer sales performance against assigned targets.
- Analyze business trends and recommend initiatives to improve sales performance.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and business pipeline reports.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments.
- Gather feedback from dealers regarding market requirements and customer preferences.
- Share market insights with the management team to support business planning.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Freshers Preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience
- MBA Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, dealer management, or the consumer electronics/mobile industry will have an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and channel management.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
