The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day to day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Oversee front desk activities including visitor management, correspondence etc
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Facilitate travel related coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, welcome kits etc.
- Support HR with onboarding, induction, recruitment related coordination etc.
- Prepare reports/ analytics as required
- Process vendor bills and support finance team with invoice tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional attitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-service orientation.
