We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers with information about our interior design services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide service information.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for design consultations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for customer follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills in Tamil and English.
- Good Convincing and Negotiation Skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Positive Attitude and Team Spirit.
