Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining our educational programs, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to student leads.
- Explain courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
