Role – Branch Manager/Business Head
Location – Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
1.Day to day branch operations including staff supervision, Training and Performance management
2. Branch profitability through enhancing revenue from existing clients
3. New Client acquisition and revenue build up from these clients
4.Cost control through effective rate card implementation and Vendor management
5.Being a primary contact with client for their requirement and event execution
6.Supervising end to end planning, execution of events and ensuring timely delivery with no compromise on quality
7.Managing branch finances from cost management, Quotations, Invoices and Financial reports.
Qualifications
- Degree/MBA with 4 to 5 years of experience in event industry
- Experience from Event/BTL/Agency is mandatory
- Proven record of handling business in Crores and Team handling
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
