Senior MEP Engineer

TRANSWAYS Realty is hiring an experienced Senior MEP Engineer for a large township project in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV designs.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes and statutory regulations.
- Review shop drawings, material approvals and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
- Monitor quality, testing & commissioning, and project progress.
- Drive value engineering and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- 12–18 years in real estate construction.
- Experience in township/high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera & MS Office.
- Strong technical, coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹564,744.70 - ₹720,000.00 per year
