Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager for a premium banquet venue. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and excellent knowledge of banquet operations, hospitality management, guest relations, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete banquet and venue operations
- Manage daily staff operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle client meetings, event coordination, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and operational standards
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate with vendors, kitchen, operations, and sales teams
- Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability
- Lead and train the team for professional service standards
- Ensure successful execution of weddings, social events, and corporate functions
Requirements
- Experience in banquet operations, hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams and handle pressure during events
- Professional personality with client-handling experience
- Good understanding of sales and operational management
