1. Billing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Generate and process patient bills accurately.
- Handle cash, card, insurance, and other payment transactions.
- Coordinate with patients and departments regarding billing queries.
- Maintain billing records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Science, Management, or related field.
- Experience in hospital billing preferred.
- Knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
2. Corporate Billing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate, TPA, and insurance billing processes.
- Prepare and submit claims and invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
- Track outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure timely claim submissions and documentation compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Management, or related field.
- Experience in hospital corporate billing, TPA, or insurance billing preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and documentation.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
