Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for order updates.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status.
- Generate CRM reports and maintain accurate data.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the sales team with customer information and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
