- Provide technical leadership for OpenShift platforms
- Resolve critical L3 escalations and perform RCA
- Design and implement HA, DR, and scalability solutions
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
- Drive automation using scripting and DevOps practices
- Define security, governance, and operational standards
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and establish best practices
- Security compliance checks
- Automation and operational reporting
- Major incident handling and RCA preparation
