What will you do?
We are seeking a motivated Engineer – Enterprise Service Management (ITSM & PMO) to support and strengthen IT service delivery and governance. This role is a blend of IT Service Management operations and Project Management Office (PMO) support, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both operational excellence and reporting/analytics.
This role will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality IT services, maintaining SLA compliance, and driving continuous service improvement through data-driven insights.
Additionally, the role requires stepping in as a Major Incident Manager (MIM), ensuring rapid response, coordination, and resolution of critical business-impacting incidents.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily ITSM process including incidents, service requests, changes and Problems.

Ensure adherence to SLA targets and service quality standards.

Monitor and track service performance against SLAs and OLAs.

Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Analyze trends and provide insights into service performance and improvements.

Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics reports.

Support PMO activities including Status tracking, Dashboard preparation, Project reporting.

Develop executive-level presentations with key insights and recommendations.

Assist in governance and documentation activities.

Act as Major Incident Manager when required.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Facilitate bridge calls and stakeholder communication during critical incidents
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
-
2–4 years of experience in IT Service Management / PMO support
-
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL foundation certification is preferred).

Knowledge in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/ Fresh service etc.).

Good knowledge of reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
