Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Achieve sales targets and support store performance
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat visits
- Maintain store presentation and visual displays
- Handle billing and customer transactions accurately
- Stay updated on latest collections and product knowledge
- Support in-store marketing activities and brand promotions
- Work closely with the team to create a positive customer experience
