Job Purpose:
The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including LIMS administration, cloud server management, Google Workspace administration, CCTV systems, and day-to-day IT support activities. The role ensures smooth functioning of IT operations, system availability, data security, and user support across the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Management
- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of the LIMS application.
- Create and update test parameters, sample series, and user access rights.
- Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system support.
- Ensure proper data backup, report generation, and smooth workflow management.
- Support end users in daily LIMS operations and maintain system records.
- Assist in LIMS implementation, enhancement, and integration activities.
2. Cloud Server Management
- Monitor cloud server performance, storage utilization, and uptime.
- Manage backup activities and ensure data accessibility and security.
- Coordinate with service providers for troubleshooting, maintenance, and uptime management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of hosted applications and server environments.
3. Google Workspace Administration
- Manage official email accounts and user access permissions.
- Administer Google Workspace services through the Admin Console.
- Create, modify, and deactivate employee email IDs as required.
- Manage Google Drive storage, shared folders, and access controls.
- Support password reset, account security, and user troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate subscription management and administrative configurations.
4. CCTV Management
- Configure CCTV viewing access on laptops and monitoring systems.
- Manage DVR/NVR backup activities and storage monitoring.
- Ensure camera connectivity and surveillance system uptime.
- Maintain smooth operation of CCTV monitoring systems.
5. IT Operations & User Support
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, networking, and system-related issues.
- Support users in resolving IT-related problems within defined timelines.
- Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, procurement, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and backup procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of LIMS administration and support.
- Understanding of cloud server management and backup processes.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Panel.
- Basic networking and system troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and monitoring.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT support activities efficiently.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing/pharma/chemical industry IT operations.
- Knowledge of data backup, cybersecurity practices, and cloud environments.
- Vendor coordination and user support experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
