Job Title: Architectural Draftsman / Draftswoman
Kalinda Technical Services & Consultancy is looking for an Architectural Draftsman/Draftswoman to prepare accurate architectural drawings for industrial, commercial and residential projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and submission drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is preferred.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP and project teams.
- Incorporate revisions, maintain drawing records and meet project timelines.
- Assist in BOQ-related drawings, area calculations and presentation layouts where required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years’ experience in architectural drafting.
- Strong AutoCAD knowledge; Revit/SketchUp knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, dimensions and detailing.
- Ability to work accurately and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: ₹10,215.50 - ₹37,633.12 per month
