Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous and energetic Bell Boy to assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide prompt, friendly service to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
- Deliver guest requests, messages, and packages promptly.
- Assist guests with transportation and local information when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Coordinate with the Front Office to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining hotel standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit to handle luggage and work flexible shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
