We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can recruit and develop Sub-Brokers/Insurance Advisors and generate business across Life Insurance and General Insurance segments. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the distribution network, driving sales, supporting partners, and achieving business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate Life Insurance and General Insurance business through direct and indirect channels.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Promote insurance products including Term Plans, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Commercial Insurance, and other GI products.
Sub-Broker Recruitment & Development
- Recruit and onboard Sub-Brokers, POSP Agents, and Insurance Advisors.
- Conduct training sessions and provide product knowledge support.
- Motivate and guide partners to increase business productivity.
- Build a strong and active distribution network.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing sub-brokers and clients.
- Assist partners in lead generation, sales closure, and policy servicing.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting and operational support.
Team Support & Monitoring
- Track partner performance and business pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
