Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions for business development activities.
Promote company services and create awareness among healthcare professionals and clients.
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, HR teams, and medical staff.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Prepare daily visit reports, client feedback reports, and marketing updates.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of healthcare, hospital operations, or medical services.
Marketing and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel for field visits.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email communication).
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in BBA, MBA, B.Sc, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
Fresher with marketing interest or 1–2 years of experience in medical/pharma/healthcare marketing.
Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
