We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our digital presence, creating engaging content, generating quality leads through social media platforms, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Design and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and current industry trends.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on marketing leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through online engagement.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies to improve business growth.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on analytics and customer feedback.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Canva, Google tools, or basic graphic designing will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior digital marketing or social media experience will be preferred.
What We Offer
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
